When your site is published, every form on it works: contact forms, booking requests, RSVPs, sign-ups. Visitors see a thank-you note, and you get the message.
Your inbox
Open Inbox in the menu under your initials. You'll see every message, newest first, with which site and form it came from. A dot shows new messages. You can mark them read, delete them, or Download .csv to open them in Excel or Google Sheets.
We also email you each new message. Reply to that email and your answer goes straight to the visitor. Don't want emails? Untick Email me new messages in the inbox.
Good to know: Forms only send once your site is published. In the preview, they just show the thank-you note.
